How far is the home from the airport?

Bungalow 829 is located just 10 miles from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport. Depending on traffic, it takes approximately 20 minutes to drive to the home. You may also use MARTA, Atlanta’s public train service, to bring you to Midtown. Utilize the Red or Gold line towards Doraville and exit at the North Avenue or Midtown Station, The home is less than a mile walk (approximately 15 minutes) from either station

How far is the home from downtown venues like Mercedes Benz Stadium, Georgia World Congress Center, and AmericasMart?

Bungalow 829 is just 3 miles from downtown venues and less than a 10 minute drive. Downtown venues may also be accessed via MARTA, Atlanta’s public train service, using the North Avenue or Midtown Station.

Is housekeeping service included?

In order to maintain our strict cleanliness standards, the home is professionally cleaned between each visit. For longer stays, the home is professionally cleaned on a weekly basis. More frequent or additional services (for example laundry) may be provided upon advance request and at additional charge.

Is yard service included?

Our landscaping team services the yard every other week. Additional visits may be provided upon advance request and at additional charge.

Is there a washer/dryer onsite?

Yes, a full-sized laundry room is located on the second floor, with a washer, dryer, folding table and hand washing sink. An ironing board and iron can also be found in the laundry room.

Does the home have any security features?

While Midtown is considered one of the safest communities in metro Atlanta, safety and security is always a top priority. The home features an actively monitored alarm system as well as e closed-circuit cameras on the ex that are not actively monitored but are recording. Inside the home, smoke alarms with carbon monoxide sensors are located in every bedroom and in hallways. Fire extinguishers are located in the kitchen and the upstairs laundry room.

Is smoking permitted in the home?

Smoking, vaping, and the use of tobacco products are not permitted inside the home or anywhere on Bungalow 829 property.

Is parking available?

On street parking in front of the home is free and typically widely available. A secured off-street parking space is available with prior notice and at additional charge (the space is included with rentals of 30 days or more)

Is the artwork available for purchase?

Yes, much of the artwork is available for purchase. We are proud to support local and up-and-coming artists, and are happy to provide you with information about these pieces.

Is the home ADA compliant?

Because this is a private, historic home, there are no rooms on the first floor that do not require the use of stairs (there are staircases at the front and rear entry to the home). The bedroom on the first floor has a curbless shower entry and generously sized bathroom for easier movement, but does not meet guidelines for ADA certification.
